Welcome to HoneyCall ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy rights. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application, as well as the rights you have under applicable law.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal information you provide

  • Phone number: When you register an account, you provide your mobile phone number, used solely for account identification and to deliver voice/video calling services.
  • Family numbers (third-party information): To enable the family-number feature, you may enter the phone numbers of family members or contacts. These numbers are third-party personal information. You represent that you have obtained the relevant person's consent before providing their information to us. We use such numbers only to establish family-number bindings and for no other purpose.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

  • Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (including terminal ID), used for identity verification, service delivery, and push reachability.

  • Network information: IP address and network type, used to optimize call quality.
  • Push identifiers: Push tokens (e.g., FCM Token) used to deliver incoming-call and message notifications to you.

1.3 Information we do NOT collect

4. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share necessary information with:
